Application Process

Demand submission

Fill out the SHOPLINE App Store Slot Applicaiton - 【App Name】via email. Please refer to the email template provided below for specific information.

Demand review

SHOPLINE App Store team will evaluate the demand, considering its urgency, and availability of the resource slot scheduling. Please refer to the following review standards:
- Your App must be integrated with OAuth 2.0 authentication.
- Your App must comply with data and privacy regulations.
- Special categories of Apps require the provision of qualifications (such as loan and financial Apps).
- If your App uses the logo or name of a well-known brand, authorization documentation must be provided.
- Your App must commit to providing 7*24-hour services (technical support, customer service, etc.).
- If your App involves payment, it must integrate with the SHOPLINE's subscription capabilities.
- If user reviews are generated, you must be responded to within 48 hours.
- Your App detail page must provide a video link to introduce the App.
- If advertisements are displayed within the App, your App should indicate that it is Ads.
- The App information must not contain words that may cause ambiguity.

Scheduling confirmation

In the event of a slot application conflict, please follow the standards below:

For the same slot, if there is only one applicant during the expected scheduling time, the slot can online directly according to the expected time.
For the same slot, if multiple business applications are seeking to online during the same time period, the priority of the resource slot will be evaluated based on the following principles:
- Factors such as the stability of the application, user reviews, and user experience will be considered, with priority given to higher-quality applications.
- The market demand for the application, user base, potential user growth, and influence.
- Analysis of the purpose of the promotional activity, such as the launch of a new app, new feature release, special event promotion, etc.
- Compliance with the terms of any contracts or agreements that specify priority use of the slot.
- To avoid monotony on the homepage, other slots on the homepage can be recommended for promotion if applicant accepts.
- In cases where other conditions are similar, the priority can be determined based on the order of application submission.

Material preparation

Prepare materials according to the slot requirements, including texts, images, videos, etc.

Content review

Applicant should submit the materials to the SHOPLINE App Store team for review 14 days in advance.

Slot online

Once the materials is approved, SHOPLINE App Store team will arrange for it to online.
If any issues arise during the schedule, such as App bugs or user complaints, SHOPLINE will take down the App from the SHOPLINE App Store until the issues are resolved before it can be relaunched.

Data tracking and optimization

SHOPLINE App Store team will monitor the data and work together to evaluate the performance and implement optimizations.
