  Catalog does not exist.

* `GID_BLANK`

  Gid is blank.

* `PUBLICATION_NOT_FOUND`

  Publication not found.

* `APP_NOT_INSTALLED`

  App not installed.

* `APP_NOT_PASS_AUDIT`

  App did not pass the audit.
