Valid values for a product variant's inventory policy when it is sold out.

## Type Signature

`ProductVariantInventoryPolicy`

## Values

* `DENY`

  After it's sold out, customers can't purchase the product variant.

* `CONTINUE`

  Customers can purchase the product variant once it is sold out.
