Time format Instructions
The time displayed by the platform interface adopts the date and time string of the ISO 8601 encoding standard.
For example:
January 1, 2023 at 3:50 pm in Sydney time (AEST) is represented as "2023-01-01T15:50:00+10:00"
Time zone description
New app time zone format
Unless otherwise specified, when apps launched after June 2, 2022, access the platform Rest API and Webhook, the time revealed is the time zone where the store is located.
For example: Beijing time (East 8th District) at 3:50 pm on January 1, 2022 to request the data of a store in the West Indonesia time zone (East 7th District), the returned time is "2022-01-01T14:50:00+ 07:00"
Legacy app time zone format
For apps launched before June 2, 2022, when accessing the platform Rest API and Webhook, the time revealed is the time in 0 time zone.
For example: Beijing time (East 8th District) at 3:50 pm on January 1, 2022 to request the data of a store in the West Indonesia time zone (East 7th District), the returned time is "2022-01-01T7:50:00+ 00:00"
If an old app needs to be modified to the store time zone format, you can contact the platform through the developer service email openapi_v2@shopline.com to request modification.
